Do my notes and templates stay with me if I change practice?
Your Nosht account, template preferences and settings are yours, not the practice’s, so they travel with you when you move or work across more than one practice. Your clinical notes themselves live in each practice’s PMS, where you paste them.
Does Nosht store patient data?
Your clinical notes hold no patient identifiers — only clinical descriptors, which you copy and paste into your PMS. There are two exceptions, both optional: the Referral Letter template, where you choose to enter patient details (name and date of birth, with NHS number, address and contact optional); and Send Leaflet, which processes a patient's email address or mobile number solely to deliver a patient information leaflet. Nosht does store the notes and drafts you save, plus your account details and template preferences, encrypted and held in London, UK.
