Nosht pricing: two plans, both free for 3 days

New subscribers choose Solo or Pro and add a card; the trial is available once per person. Nothing is charged for 3 days. Cancel in Settings → Account before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, your plan starts at £9.99/month (Solo) or £19.99/month (Pro), or £99/£199 a year if you chose annual, and renews until you cancel.

Cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-used billing periods except where the law requires it. If you're buying as a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a refund, less the value of any service used. Sections 4.4 and 4.5 of our Terms set this out.

Solo is £9.99 a month and includes 50 clinical templates, Concise & Bulletproof modes, one-click copy to any PMS, patient leaflets and notes history. Pro is £19.99 a month and adds optional Nosht AI shorthand fill (4 templates), prescribing references, Finance Hub, consent checklists, CPD Logger and priority support. The clinical pearls and emergency protocols are free for everyone.

Nosht has no microphone or voice feature and records nothing, so there is no patient audio to consent to, store or have transcribed. You write a note by tapping the options in a structured template and typing short shorthand where you need free text; the completeness check then flags anything missing before you copy. On Pro, optional Nosht AI can fill fields from your typed shorthand, and you confirm every field.

Yes. Sign in to the iPhone app with the same account. A subscription bought on the website or through the App Store is recorded against your account, so it unlocks Nosht on both. Website subscriptions are changed or cancelled in Settings → Account; App Store subscriptions are managed in the App Store.

Yes, on a website subscription: choose the other plan on the subscribe page and confirm. The change applies straight away, the price difference is prorated, and there is no new free trial. If you subscribed through the App Store, change plan there.

Completed clinical notes are kept for the dental-records retention period: your account identity is removed and the Referral Letter patient-identifier fields are scrubbed, but any other free text you typed is kept as part of the dento-legal record and is not guaranteed to be redacted. Section 9 of the DPA sets this out, so copy or export anything you want to keep first.

It's optional. On the Filling, Simple extraction, Crown and Inlay/onlay templates you type shorthand, Anthropic's Claude suggests values for the structured fields, and you check and edit every field before you save. Every free trial includes it, and so does Pro (Solo has no AI after the trial). On Pro your first 10 notes get it on every eligible template; after that it switches on for each template once you've saved 5 notes with it. Dentists get all 4 templates, therapists get Filling and Simple extraction (primary teeth only), and it isn't available for hygienists yet. Nothing is recorded: you type the shorthand. The AI receives only the text it works on; an automated check blocks common identifier formats, but it cannot catch everything, so don't type patient names or other identifiers.

No. Nosht AI is optional and part of Pro. AI fill sends the shorthand you type; the completeness check sends the note text you've written. It is text only, never audio, and is designed to exclude patient identifiers. It goes to Anthropic's Claude through its API. Under our data-processing arrangement with Anthropic it is not used to train Anthropic's models, and it may be kept for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted. AI fill works on the filling, simple extraction, crown and inlay/onlay templates.

Yes. Choose your role when you first sign in and Nosht shows the templates within your scope of practice; you can show every template in Settings. Solo and Pro cost the same for every role. Nosht AI isn't available for hygienists yet.

Nosht isn't a patient record system. Your clinical notes carry no patient identifiers. The exceptions are referral letters (patient name and date of birth) and sending a leaflet (the patient's email or phone number). Any initials you add as a note label or referral reminder are saved too. Nosht does store the notes and drafts you save, plus your account details and template preferences, encrypted and held in London, UK. See our Privacy Policy for how long they are kept; your PMS remains the patient record. ICO registration ZC186303.

The note you paste into your practice management system is your clinical record, and an indemnifier looks at what the record says, not at which tool helped you write it. Nosht structures the note around the GDC Standards for the Dental Team and College of General Dentistry (CGDent) record-keeping guidance, and its completeness check flags what is missing before you copy. No dental indemnifier has endorsed or approved Nosht, and we don't suggest otherwise. If you have a specific question, ask your own provider.

You can keep both: Nosht doesn't replace your practice management system, you paste the finished note into it. What Nosht adds is a completeness check before you copy (consent, alternatives, risks and advice given), templates scoped to your role, patient leaflets and clinical tools in one place. Some of the tools are free to use without an account, and the live demo needs no card, so you can judge it before you pay.

Yes. For the clinical notes, referral data and leaflet-delivery data you create, you are the data controller and Nosht acts as your processor, under the data processing agreement at nosht.io/dpa. Email hello@nosht.io if you need a countersigned copy for your practice records. Nosht Limited is registered with the ICO (ZC186303) and your data is stored in London, UK. If you close your account, drafts and account-level data are deleted. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card information on our servers.
